Simon Guobadia Asks Court To Reconsider Ruling That Allows Porsha Williams To Film In His $7 Million Mansion

Simon Guobadia is pushing back against a court ruling that allows reality star Porsha Williams to film inside the $7 million mansion they once shared, amid their ongoing divorce.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Simon argues the November order permitting Porsha to film contradicts an earlier decision to hold a hearing on the issue. His legal team states,

“The Court failed to conduct a hearing as it previously indicated it would on the issue, the Court did not receive any evidence to support its ruling, and equity demands that this Court vacates the Order.”

The mansion has been at the center of their divorce battle. Porsha requested exclusive use of the home after filing for divorce in March, citing a prenup provision. The judge sided with her in May, granting her temporary use of the home, but left the issue of filming unresolved. In November, the court granted her the right to film, requiring Simon to sign necessary documents to facilitate it.

Simon’s motion to vacate claims Porsha has not provided documentation related to her RHOA employment or salary, and accused her of selectively enforcing the prenuptial agreement to benefit her.

Porsha has yet to respond in court, and the judge has not ruled on Simon’s request.
