YouTuber Ken Walker Seemingly Responds To Ex De’arra Taylor Suing Him For Theft & Embezzlement
Whew! Ex-influencer couple De’arra Taylor and Ken Walker are battling out financial discrepancies in court, with De’arra filing a lawsuit against Ken on January 1, accusing him of theft and embezzlement.
In the court documents, De’arra reportedly states that she and Ken had mutually agreed on how to split the earnings from their multi-million dollar influencer business following their breakup in 2021. She claims the breakup occurred due to Ken’s multiple cheating scandals, and that they hired an attorney after the split because she felt she deserved more money.

According to De’arra, she continued making content and landing brand deals during their rough patch, while Ken allegedly did not.
De’arra says they agreed to keep their couple’s YouTube channel running and set aside $80k in the account for business purposes. She also claims to have continued contributing personal funds from her brand deals into the account in good faith. The documents state that they also agreed to split the return of a $40k loan they took out for a truck they purchased together, which De’arra says she paid off.
However, De’arra claims that after a year, all the money in the account was nearly depleted. Ken allegedly admitted to taking the funds for “medical bills,” but De’arra isn’t buying it. She insists the withdrawals occurred before any medical bills were due and believes Ken shouldn’t be broke, as he allegedly claimed, since both of them received $200k each from the buyout of a joint property they owned.
Additionally, De’arra discovered that Ken had received the $40k loan payout but never informed her or gave her her share. Ken has since responded, denying the allegations and claiming he has texts to show they settled the matter “years ago.”
De’arra is suing for the stolen funds and the business taxes he’s allegedly been avoiding.
Chileee, what do y’all think of the situation so far?
