Jodie Turner-Smith is pushing for a trial date in her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Joshua Jackson.

In her declaration, Jodie reportedly wrote:
“Josh has paid me $0 in guideline support… [He] has run up my attorney’s fees and forensic accounting costs and has made this dissolution far more difficult than necessary.”
She continued:
“At this point, it is clear that Josh is unwilling to negotiate reasonable [temporary] spousal and child support payments to me, and I am left with no choice but to seek this court’s intervention and file this motion.”
The couple, who share a 4-year-old daughter, has been in a legal standoff since Jodie filed for divorce in October 2023. According to Jodie, Joshua has not paid a dime in support, despite allegedly earning around $195,000 a month, while she allegedly earns an average of $87,500 per month, though she noted a recent month in which she earned $245,000.
Jodie said she currently has $5,000 in the bank and another $366,000 in investments. She also outlined her expenses, including $40,000 a month on rent, $1,800 on groceries, $3,291 on entertainment, $6,000 for family support, and other expenses, totaling $58,419.
In her motion, Jodie requested the court award her temporary spousal support of $28,641 and another $8,543 in child support. She also asked for a one-time lump sum of $250,000 to cover divorce-related expenses. Additionally, Jodie disputed Joshua’s claims over their marital home, stating that she contributed $800,000 toward the down payment.
Joshua has reportedly not yet responded to the allegations in court.
