‘Holes’ TV Series Reboot In The Works At Disney+
A “Holes” TV series reboot is officially in the works at Disney+, with a pilot already ordered.
Based on Louis Sachar’s 1998 book, the series will follow a teenage girl sent to a detention camp where the campers are forced to dig holes for a mysterious purpose.

Alina Mankin will write and executive produce, with Liz Phang as showrunner. Drew Goddard will also executive produce, alongside Walden Media, which produced the 2003 film.
With the original film starring Shia LaBeouf grossing $71 million worldwide, critics will be eager to see how the reboot measures up.
