Mel B’s Daughter Phoenix Brown Says, ‘Nepo Babies Face Backlash Fueled By Jealousy’
Mel B’s eldest daughter, Phoenix Brown, is opening up about the struggles “nepo babies” face in the entertainment industry.
In a recent interview with Radio Times, she explained,
“Even when nepo babies are great at their job – and many are – they face a backlash fueled by misunderstanding, jealousy or resentment. It’s almost to the point of obsession.”

Brown, who is pursuing a career in DJing and presenting, acknowledged that her mother’s fame has “opened a few doors” for her but questioned whether people like herself are unfairly blamed for “wider inequality in society.”
