Dr. Dre Criticizes Drake’s ‘Negative’ Comments About Kendrick Lamar’s Family During Their Feud
Dr. Dre is criticizing how Drake handled his feud with Kendrick Lamar, particularly the comments he made about Kendrick’s family.
During a recent appearance on “The Unusual Suspects” podcast with Kenya Barris and Malcolm Gladwell, Dre opened up about Kendrick Lamar’s feud with Drake and expressed his displeasure with Drake’s comments about Kendrick’s family.
Referring to Kendrick’s diss track “Not Like Us,” Dre said,
“I love that record.”

On Drake’s disses, Dre stated,
“I don’t want to get negative. My whole sh*t is about being positive, but the fact I heard Drake say something negative about Kendrick’s wife and his kids, that made me say, ‘Ah, adios!’”
Amid the back-and-forth, Drake threw shade at Kendrick in several diss tracks, including “Push Ups” and “Family Matters” where he alludes to Kendrick abus*ng his fiancée, Whitney Alford, and accuses Kendrick’s business partner, Dave Free, of fathering one of Kendrick’s children.
As a response, K-Dot released “Not Like Us,” seemingly calling Drake and his crew p3dophiles.
Do you agree with Dre? Did Drake go too far first? Share your thoughts in the comments.
