NBA Star Jaylen Brown’s Loved Ones Reportedly ‘Shocked’ By Sudden Split From WNBA Free Agent Kysre Gondrezick: ‘He Was So Invested’

It looks like Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown and WNBA star Kysre Gondrezick have officially ended their relationship.

According to reports, the couple—who went public at the ESPY Awards last summer—broke up ahead of the NBA season. While sources say their mutual friends were “shocked” by the split, it was allegedly Jaylen who initiated the breakup, with insiders claiming:

“He started distancing himself to focus on ball.”

The source added:

“No one in their circle saw it coming… [the breakup] came out of nowhere… he was so invested in her.”

Despite their sudden split, Jaylen reportedly went all out for Kysre’s golden birthday (July 27th), showering her with lavish gifts—including a trip to Brazil, Chanel bags, a romantic boat ride, and Christian Louboutin heels.

After the two were spotted together at New York Fashion Week in September, breakup rumors began swirling when fans noticed Kysre was absent from Jaylen’s 28th birthday celebration the following month. Speculation grew further when she stopped attending his games.

As of now, neither Jaylen nor Kysre has publicly addressed the breakup.
