Stephen A. Smith Praises USC Basketball Player JuJu Watkins: ‘She’s Phenomenal & Will Be Even Better In WNBA’
Stephen A. Smith is all in on JuJu Watkins.
On a recent episode of First Take, Smith called Watkins a “showstopper” and praised her future in the WNBA, saying,
“I think she’s phenomenal. This young lady is special, she’s big time. When she gets to the WNBA, she’s gonna be even better.”
Watkins, a sophomore at USC, has been tearing it up this season. Leading the No. 6 Trojans, she recently delivered one of her best performances of the year, scoring 38 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and dishing out five assists in USC’s big win over the No. 1 ranked UCLA Bruins.
