‘The Breakfast Club’ Co-Host Loren Lorosa Admits Her Ex Cheating & Fathering Another Woman’s Child Was Not The Reason They Split
The Breakfast Club’s Loren Lorosa seems to be the definition of forgiving when it comes to relationships.
During her recent sit-down with Carlos King, the 33-year-old media personality opened up about her breakup after an 11-year relationship. Surprisingly, she revealed that her ex cheating and even having a baby outside of their relationship weren’t the deal breakers.
Instead, Loren shared she simply “outgrew the situation,” explaining:
“I just woke up one day and I was just like ‘this doesn’t really motivate me and inspire me…this is not where I need to be.'”

She also made it clear there’s no bad blood, calling her ex “family”—just someone she no longer needs to keep in touch with. Loren even said she once believed they might find their way back to each other.
But in the end, things got messy, and that sealed the deal for her. Loren noted there’s now no chance of spinning the block.
