‘Euphoria’ Star Angus Cloud’s Mother Fights To Dismiss $310K Lawsuit From His Personal Assistant
Angus Cloud’s mother wants the court to dismiss a $310,000 lawsuit filed by the late actor’s former personal assistant.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lisa Cloud is working to settle the various creditor claims made against Angus’ estate after his 2023 passing. One of those claims came from Jonathan Kim, who sued the estate for unpaid wages and breach of contract, seeking over $115,000 in damages along with backpay.
Lisa’s legal team says no formal employment relationship existed between the 25-year-old actor and Jonathan, calling the lawsuit an “extortion” attempt. They noted that Jonathan failed to appear for his deposition and that his own attorney attempted to withdraw from the case, citing an “irreconcilable breakdown” in their relationship.

Lisa’s lawyers wrote in the motion:
“Jonathan, by and through his counsel, has been using the court process to extort a settlement…First in probate court, and now in civil court.”
Lisa has already resolved several claims against the estate, including debts with American Express, while rejecting others from J.P. Morgan Chase, Verizon, and a $94,000 claim from Angus’ former manager, none of whom pursued further legal action.
Angus’ estate is currently valued at just under $900,000.
