‘Held Accountable’ Amid Divorce

Cardi B allegedly isn’t here for the unsolicited commentary about her love life.

Reports claim the Bronx rapper responded with heat after podcaster Rory Farrell (of the Rory & Mal podcast) weighed in on her ongoing divorce from Offset and her rumored romance with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

In the episode, Rory suggested Cardi should be “held accountable” in the same way women expect men to be, and implied her new connection with Stefon might be an attempt to compete with her estranged husband Offset.

That seemingly didn’t sit well with Cardi, who reportedly responded via IG Community Notes, writing:

“I live and learn and been through worse in my life…I don’t tell my story and put these nasty b*tches on blast cause I’ve seen God handle every woman and the men that put tears in my eyes and pain in my heart.”

She then directly addressed Rory, continuing:

“When a white man like Rory talkin about I need to be held accountable for sh*t he don’t know one thing about really makes me see red… This is not a competition this is me taking baby steps to finally feelin happy.”

Cardi ended her message with a warning, adding:

“I feel lightweight motivated, in love wit life… and most importantly in love with my three kids no matter what. STFU you white b*tch before I light a match up your a**.”

Cardi and Offset, who married in 2017 and share three children, have had a tumultuous relationship marked by public breakups, reconciliations, and cheating allegations. Cardi confirmed in July 2024 that she officially filed to divorce the Migos rapper.

Do ya’ll think Cardi’s smoke with Rory was warranted or was he just speaking his mind? ??
