Lamar Odom Reportedly Evicted From Luxury Rental Property After Failing To Pay $45K Rent
Lamar Odom is reportedly on the hunt for a new place to stay after his former landlord sued him for unpaid rent.
According to reports, the retired NBA star, 45, was named in a lawsuit filed by Executive Recovery Group, Inc., which claims Lamar failed to pay the $15K/month rent on a Los Angeles mansion he had been leasing.
The complaint alleges that Lamar signed a month-to-month lease but failed to pay rent for the first three months, from January 1 to March 31. Despite receiving several notices stating he was “required to pay said rent in full within three (3) days” or face eviction, Lamar reportedly still didn’t make the payments.

By that point, the lawsuit claims he had accumulated $45K in unpaid rent. The company says it officially terminated the lease on March 17 and submitted all supporting documentation with the lawsuit.
A judge reportedly ruled in favor of the leasing company after Lamar failed to respond to the suit and on April 28, ordered him to vacate the property.
As of now, Lamar has not responded to requests for comment.
