Keke Palmer’s New Scripted Series Casts ‘Love Island USA’ Winner Kordell Beckham
Love Island USA’s Kordell Beckham just nabbed a leading role in a scripted series from Keke Palmer’s network, KeyTV.
Deadline reports that Kordell has been cast as a co-star in the show Southern Fried Rice, which follows the story of a Gen-Z Asian American girl, Koko (played by Page Yang), raised by Southern Black parents. The series explores her journey of self-discovery and identity as she navigates life at a prestigious HBCU.

Kordell will reportedly play the role of Steve, a carefree music major whose intellect complements his artsy nature, and whose adorable face makes him a total social butterfly. ?
