Tea confirmed!
Months after The Jasmine Brand broke the news that Nelly and Ashanti would be getting their own show, the couple is now turning their real-life romance into must-see TV.
After an on-again, off-again love story spanning two decades, the duo—who rekindled their relationship and married in December 2023—are inviting fans into their world with “Nelly and Ashanti: We Belong Together,” debuting June 26 on Peacock.
The eight-episode docuseries follows the couple’s fresh start, from newlywed bliss to co-parenting challenges and career demands. According to the official description, the show is “a fun-filled exploration of love’s second chances.”
In the trailer, the pair speak candidly about their past. “I didn’t think that we would get back together,” Ashanti admits, while Nelly jokes, “She got me, y’all.” Ashanti fires back, “He wanted to get got.”
