Marc Lamont Hill Responds After Video Of Him Getting Pepper Sprayed Goes Viral + Explains Why He Chose To Help The Woman Instead Of Pressing Charges
Marc Lamont Hill addressed a resurfaced video Thursday showing him being pepper sprayed by a woman in January 2024.
Hill revealed the woman was stalking him and believed he was involved in a conspiracy with the CIA and others to conceal her childhood trauma. Rather than pursue charges, Hill opted for a restorative process with her family and community.
“She did indeed suffer significant childhood abuse, as well as serious mental health challenges,” he said. Hill emphasized his commitment to ensuring she receives proper support, choosing healing over prosecution.
“I’m fine, everyone,” he assured in his statement.
