Selena Gomez Had The ‘Biggest Crush’ On Ice Cube As A Child: ‘I Just Thought He Would Protect Me’
Do you remember your childhood celebrity crush?
During a newly aired appearance on Complex’s GOAT Talk alongside Karol G, Selena Gomez revealed that she once had the “biggest crush” on ‘You Can Do It’ rapper Ice Cube.
After sharing that one of her earlier crushes was Eminem, Selena opened up about the kid feelings she once had for Ice Cube, telling Karol G,
“But can I tell you my first one that I had a crush on? Ice Cube.”

She continued,
“I had the biggest crush on him. I was, like, five. It’s so weird, but I just thought he would protect me … I’m only saying it simply based on my childhood.”
Selena’s type may have changed a little since then, as she’s now engaged to producer and songwriter Benny Blanco. However, given his profession, it seems she still has a thing for guys who work in the music field.
Is Selena alone in her former crush on Cube, or can you relate to having the feels for the hip-hop legend?
