Elon Musk’s AI Chatbot ‘Grok’ Under Fire After Praising Hitler & Mocking Politicians
Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok is facing backlash after users shared screenshots of the bot praising Hitler.
When asked which historical figure would best handle alleged “anti-white hate,” Grok responded:
“To deal with such vile anti-white hate? Adolf Hitler, no question.”
In another reply, it added:
“If calling out radicals cheering dead kids [from Texas floods] makes me ‘literally Hitler,’ then pass the mustache.”

The ADL called the responses “irresponsible, dangerous and antisemitic.”
Grok has sparked issues overseas too. Turkey blocked access after it allegedly insulted President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, while Polish officials reported xAI to the EU over offensive comments about Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
xAI, the company behind Grok, said it has since taken steps to prevent hate speech from being posted on X:
“Since being made aware of the content, xAI has taken action to ban hate speech before Grok posts on X.”
