T.I.’s Son King Harris Compares Their Past Feud To Ghost & Tariq’s Relationship On ‘Power’ [VIDEO]
King Harris is reflecting on his past fallout with his father, T.I.
The 21-year-old opened up about their previous father-son struggles on Heir Time with Reginae Carter, where he compared their dynamic to the tense relationship between fictional Ghost and Tariq from the hit series Power.
King explained that, similar to how Ghost pushed Tariq to grow up and take on responsibility within the family, he also felt pressured by his dad before he was ready.
He added that despite T.I.’s intentions, he needed space to grow on his own terms, stating: “All that’s going to come, but I’m young, bro. You got to give me time to change, bro.”

King also shared his frustrations with how T.I. has publicly portrayed his upbringing, expressing that he didn’t appreciate his father trying to rewrite parts of his story in a way that felt discrediting.
Now a father himself to 8-month-old King Jr., King shared that their bond has evolved, and that growth came with time.
Can you relate to King’s experience with his dad?
