Lil Nas X Enters Rehab At Undisclosed Location Following Arrest For Allegedly Assaulting

#LilNasX has entered an inpatient treatment program at an undisclosed location following his arrest last month.

The 28-year-old rapper’s attorneys appeared in Los Angeles court today (Sept. 15), where a judge modified the conditions of his release to allow him to receive treatment out of state. His next court date is scheduled for November 18.

As reported, Lil Nas X was captured walking nearly nude through the LA area early in the morning on Aug. 21. Things allegedly escalated once police arrived. He was hit with three felony counts of battery causing injury to a police officer and one felony count of resisting arrest. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and faces up to five years behind bars if convicted.
