Tory Lanez Loses Appeal In Megan Thee Stallion Sh**ting Case, 10-Year Prison Sentence Upheld

According to court documents obtained by journalist Meghann Cuniff, the California Court of Appeals has affirmed Tory Lanez’s felony convictions and 10-year prison sentence for sh**ting #MeganTheeStallion. As reported, in 2020, Megan was sh*t in the feet following a dispute that broke out after a party in the #HollywoodHills. She later identified Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, as the shooter.
Following a high-profile trial in December 2022, Lanez was found guilty on three felony counts: a$$ault with a $emiautomatic fire@rm, carrying a loaded, unregistered fire@rm in a vehicle, and discharging a fire@rm with gross negligence. In August 2023, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The appeals court affirming both his convictions and sentence means the original judgment remains in place.
