Video obtained by TMZ shows him at Sante, a Houston bar, with a woman sitting on his lap as the two embraced and kissed during a late-night outing.

Kristy, who has built a massive TikTok following of more than 17 million, filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage on Dec. 30, according to court records obtained by People. While the filing happened late last year, news of the breakup didn’t become public until this month. After headlines surfaced, Desmond suggested infidelity played a role in the split, saying he “wanted to separate” at the end of 2025 and later admitted he “made choices that I am not proud of.”
