Boxer Gervonta Davis Hit w/ Arrest Warrant In Baltimore After Judge Rules He Violated Probation Following Miami A$$ault Arrest
A new legal setback is unfolding for Gervonta Davis, as a Baltimore judge has moved to have him taken back into custody.
Court records show a judge issued an arrest warrant after determining Davis violated the terms of his probation. The boxer had been serving probation tied to a 2020 Baltimore hit-and-run case that left four people injured. His original sentence included house arrest, probation, and community service, and he previously spent time in jail for breaching home detention rules.
The development comes shortly after Davis’ recent arrest in Florida connected to separate allegations involving his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel. That situation also led to a civil lawsuit and contributed to his withdrawal from a planned bout with Jake Paul.
Authorities had earlier located Davis following a coordinated search effort. He was released on bond with conditions, but this new warrant adds another layer of legal uncertainty to the undefeated fighter’s career.
