Cassie Seeks Court Protection, Claims Ex-Male Escort Won’t Stop Contacting Her
Cassie Ventura is asking a judge to step in amid her ongoing legal battle with former male escort Clayton Howard.
According to newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ, Cassie claims Howard has continued contacting people connected to her and engaging in conduct she believes amounts to harassment while his lawsuit against her remains active. She is now asking the court for relief and wants a judge to put a stop to the alleged behavior.
The latest filing is the newest development in a legal dispute that has intensified in recent weeks. Howard, who has publicly identified himself as one of the escorts involved in Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie’s alleged “freak-off” encounters, has filed claims against both Cassie and Diddy, accusing them of causing him psychological and emotional harm. Cassie has denied his allegations and has sought to have portions of his case dismissed.
TMZ reports that Howard recently challenged Cassie’s previous claims that he once supported her after she came forward with allegations against Diddy. In court filings, Howard reportedly disputed that characterization as the legal fight between the two continues.
The dispute comes as Cassie remains involved in multiple legal matters connected to the fallout from the Diddy scandal. Earlier court filings revealed that she now resides outside of the United States and has stated she does not intend to move back.
As of publication, the court has not publicly ruled on Cassie’s latest request. Howard has continued to pursue his claims, while Cassie maintains that the allegations against her are without merit.
