Brad Pitt Says He’s No Longer Sober, Back To Drinking Alcohol After Seven Years

#BradPitt’s sobriety journey looks a little different nowadays. The Mr. & Mrs. Smith star revealed his seven-year streak of sobriety has come to an end, telling Esquire in a new interview, “I was sober for seven years. And then I got back off the wagon.” He was quick to clarify he’s now drinking “in a more restrained manner,” admitting he got overconfident on a couple of occasions before realizing heavy drinking still isn’t the right path for him. According to Brad, he can manage a few glasses of wine, but has to be “professional about it.”
