[New Deadbeat Daddy Claims] Mathew Knowles’ Young Son Allegedly On Food Stamps

More negative press for Beyoncé’s father, Mathew Knowles. And once again, it surrounds claims that he’s a piss poor father. As you know, the 62-year-old has a young son named Nixon, with a woman named Alexsandra Wright. Late last year, it was reported that he owed $24K in back child support. According to Alexsandra, the music mogul is still behind, the amount of $32K. TMZ reports that she is now on public assistance and even receives a monthly EBT card ($300) to provide her with food and other expenses.  Sources suggest that Alexsandra went to court for help, to no avail. Meanwhile, Knowles blames these ‘dead beat’ dad claims on a clerical error.

Last year, Alexsandra penned a lengthy open letter apologizing to Tina Knowles (Tina and Mathew divorced in 2009) and detailing her court battle with Mathew:

It is with a heavy heart we must head back to Superior Court to continue the fight for the rights of my son Nixon Knowles, who has proven to be Mathew Knowles’ biological son. My family and I have exhausted every non-legal avenue to urge Mathew to be a responsible father and to follow the stipulated judgment we reached together, which was approved by California’s Superior Court. The official judgment was filed and dated September 10, 2010. Every detail was covered and agreed to by Mr Knowles after a year of private negotiation. We have attempted to appeal to him and his team to adhere to that agreement and the court’s stipulated judgment in regard to our son’s education, outstanding medical expenses and other issues, with the hopes of keeping this situation private, considering all parties involved. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful with any sort of private negotiation.

Neither Solange or  Beyoncé have yet to comment on their baby brother, Nixon. P.S. Should Beyonce intervene and provide some financial assistance? Or stay clear of her father’s affairs?
