Gilbert Arena’s Gives Pregnant Baby Mamma the “Middle Finger” + Laura Responds

Yikes. Very, very messy rumors are circulating that there is more drama involving Gilbert Arenas and his pregnant girlfriend, Laura Govan. The Washington Post alleges that Arenas and Laura have broken up….but that’s only the half of it.

Laura Govan, who was rumored a few years ago to have had an affair with Shaunie O’Neal’s husband, Shaquille O’Neal, has been in a relationship with Arenas for 9 years. Laura’s sister is Gloria Govan, who is also on the VH1 reality show, Basketball Wives.

The quick and dirty is that Arenas’ (who recently left the Washington Wizards for the Orlando Magic) relationship w/ Laura had ended around Thanksgiving, when he moved out and had lived with a team mate for the last month. Not only has he broken up with Laura, who is four months pregnant, but Laura’s rep has told the Post that, “Arenas has cut off communication and funds from her and their three children” and that she “has not heard from Arenas the whole month of December. Govan and the children feel like they have been abandoned.” They also alleged that he has left Laura “with no money to purchase food or Christmas gifts.”

Gilbert’s known to do some foul ish and to treat Laura like trash on many occasions–many times publicly doing so.  But while Laura continues to take him back, she’s gotten knocked up by him pretty much every year for the last 4 years.  The two attempted to act like they were tighter than a pregnant woman’s bra straps after the whole Shaq and Laura cheating debacle popped off.  But now Gilbert has thrown deuces to his whole family.

After getting traded to the Orlando Magic weeks ago, Gilbert apparently picked up and left with even saying goodbye.  Almost like this dude was just waiting on an out to get away from Laura.  He left his mansion in VA and hit the road to Florida.  Laura’s rep (now she’s repped by the same person as her “Basketball Wives” star sister Gloria Govan and Matt Barnes) says Gilbert has not spoken to Laura or the kids since Thanksgiving and has been avoiding doing so.  And he has cut off all money to them.  Even though Laura is several months along in her fourth pregnancy.  The Washington Post reports:
