You are cordially invited to celebrate the wedding of Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker. Against vocal family opposition that played out dramatically in season six of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’, Kandi and Todd have decided to move forward and tie the knot. Each episode follows Kandi and Todd as they plan a larger-than-life “Coming to America” themed wedding ceremony, signifying the couple’s initial introduction in Africa.
On Tuesday, the official teaser was released, showcasing just how entertained fans will be. The disagreement between Kandi and Todd about their prenup almost prevents that actual ceremony from taking place. What’s more? Mama Joyce and Todd’s mother d*mn get into a physical fight. Eeek!

What ever mama Joyce had to do to take care of her two. I fully understand that… We mother’s don’t want to see our child/ children hurt or being used by no means… We feel we do all we can to help our children in life as much as we can,so when they are doing well,, help momma out a little… Mama Joyce is a person who speakers her mine because, she figure she has been through hell over high waters for her children !! I feel sometimes she don’t think before she speaks.. I feel Kandi is somewhat being bullied by her mom… The only time Kandi would probably let it all out is when she is really fed up and made.. Like she did Cynthia sister …Kandi don’t want to fall out with her mom because she loves her.. Kandi would rather do a musical to get her mom to understand what she really wants to say…I feel the marriage was a good move but, more problems will still come between Todd & Mama Joyce…

Agree! Although I think she’s always been this person because Kandi is almost scared to death of her in terms of her inability to politely & firmly tell her Mom to STOP and that enough is enough! I think the show has made her mother take her behavior to the 10th power and you’re right, she’s absolutely embarrassing.
I am absolutely ashamed for Kandi. Mama Joyce is latched onto her like stink on-poop. She is a disgrace to Kandi and Riley and has no regard for how she is embarrassing them. Poor Riley most likely is made fun of at school due to the blunt unladylike potty mouth grandmother. I hope at some point Kandi considers the people under her roof her “FAMILY”.
