Rags to Riches: Amber Rose Reminisces About Humble Philly Beginnings

It’s no secret that Amber Rose (real name Amber Levonchuck) comes from humble beginnings. The 31-year-old ex to famous rappers Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West has remained transparent about her challenging upbringing. In fact, Amber has admitted to stripping at the age of 15, after the divorce of her parents to provide for her family. Amber has since become famous by the men on her lives, fashion, modeling (both video and print) and campaigns. Over the weekend, Amber posted of herself, in front of the old apartment in Philadelphia that she grew up.

Came to see the apartment I grew up in, in South Philly. I’m forever humbled by my life and Thank God for everything he’s done for me and the people he has brought into my life… Good and Bad. Everything is a learning experience, I intend to learn more. I won’t let this cold world
