Chance the Rapper continues to use his star power to give back. This week, the 24-year-old held a SocialWorks summit in Chicago, honoring the organization’s achievements so far. During the event he announced this year’s recipients of the New Chance Fund, sharing that he raised $2.2 million dollars to award a $100,000 grant to 20 Chicago Public Schools.
He also announced that he’s creating the first-ever Twilight Awards, which will take place in his hometown in June of 2018.
