“The Breaks” Officially Canceled, BET No Longer Bringing Series To Network
“The Breaks” Officially Canceled
It’s officially over for “The Breaks”. The series, which was created by Dan Charnas and Seith Mann, premiered on VH1 and was scheduled to move to BET for a second season. According to reports, the network has pulled the plug and there are no plans to revive the series.
The Breaks averaged about a million viewers per episode. The network has not commented as to why the series will no longer air as scheduled.
The Breaks was a drama television series starring Afton Williamson, Wood Harris, Tristan Wilds, Antoine Harris, David Call, Evan Handler and Melonie Diaz.
