Just ask Hollywood actress Jada Pinkett-Smith whose been married to actor Will Smith for 20+ years. Jada, who hosts her weekly Red Table Talk Show, continues to remain transparent when it comes to their marriage.

In a new interview, the 46-year-old explains why she allows her husband to vacation with his ex wife, Sheree Fletcher; without her. Will shares an adult son, Trey, with Sheree. Jada explains,

If I’m going to love Trey then there’s definitely an aspect of Sheree that I have to embrace and have to love, as well – and consider and respect. And she and Will have their own relationship, as well. She and Will have gone on vacations without me, with Trey.

She continues,

I feel as though Trey needs to feel that dynamic between his two parents. That’s very important that he can feel that connection and feel where they do meet. So he can feel that parental connection. I think that’s important. They actually just came off of one. She went to Jordan and Israel with them.

Jada also touches on her loyalty to Will, stating:

We are family. Take out all that whole marriage, relationship crap, at the end of the day, Will and I are family. I am going to hold him down, doesn’t matter. All that relationship and what people think ideas of a husband, partner and all that, man, whatever. At the end of the day, that is a man that can rely on me for the rest of his life, period.
