6ix9ine Slams YG: “You Had 3 Major Artists & Still Couldn’t Pass Me,” YG Responds
The feud between YG and Tekashi 6ix9ine has reached a new level. During YG’s interview on The Breakfast Club, he was asked about the relationship between him and the New York rapper. YG had a few words to get off his chest. The question came to the surface after being asked about his lyrics in lead single, “Suu Whoop.” In the song he raps, “I ain’t with the pink-haired Blood shit,” insinuating he’s speaking on 6ix9ine, YG responds,
“I said what I said. It is what it is. It’s regular.”
He added,
“Yeah, it is in Suu Whoop! I said it, and that’s how I feel! So what?! The lil’ nigga was playing too much of the real shit!”
After the clip began circulating on social media, 6ix9ine came to his own defense after catching wind of YG’s comments and left his two cents about YG’s sentiments under DJ Akadmiks’ post, writing:
“@yg sukk my dikk you had 2 chainz Big Sean & Nicki on ya single and it still couldn’t pass me”
6ix9ine took it further by sharing a video, proceeding to discredit YG’s musical progressions. In a video shared to Instagram, 6ix9ine stated:
“Yo! Ion know how much more disrespectful can I get. YG, suck my f*ckin’ d*ck, stupid! Ya last single, before ya album came out, had 4 major artists on it. You had 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and Nicki Minaj. Bro, you supposed to blow me out of the water. How my record doing better than your sh*t? Stop going on radio stations tryna promote your album by mentioning my name. That sh*t is a f*cking dub. You a dummy!”
The Compton rapper responded to the self-proclaimed King of New York’s video by reposting his video on his Instagram with an attached caption of, “CANT WAIT TILL WE MEET @6ix9ine”
In past interviews, when asked about 6ix9ine, YG has refuted all questions, stating he was “good.”
