Foxy Brown Denies NYFW Incident: “LaQuan Smith is Messy AF!”

Rapper Foxy Brown is turning into Ill NaNa regarding an alleged incident where she was accused of stealing from a New York Fashion Week show. According to reports, Foxy Brown was promised $10,000 to perform two songs at designer LaQuan Smith‘s show, and was given $5K up front. Foxy Brown is finally clearing the air on the incident. She took to Instagram with this caption as her explanation:

She didn’t stop there. Foxy Brow, 39, shared an additional post, eluding that LaQuan Smith and crew handled her appearance unprofessionally. She posted a video showing that she was given two left boots instead of a whole pair. Her caption reads:

“@foxybrown The INFAMOUS “2 LEFT BOOTS” We were given by @laquan_smith’s people! Who ALL APOLOGIZED TO MY TEAM profusely! (ON CAMERA!) AND, the flyer I HAD DONE to announce this EPIC performance. Promoters claim Foxy showed up hours late, snatched her $5,000 check without performing, and left. Promoters are threatening to take legal action. LaQuan Smith have yet to respond to these reports.
