Omarosa ‘Would Consider’ Running For President
Omarosa Manigault-Newman’s career in politics may be far from over. As you know, the former Celebrity Apprentice and Celebrity Big Brother reality star served as Director of African-American Outreach for Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016.
She later joined Trump’s White House staff as Assistant to the President and Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison. She left that position in January 2018.
While promoting her new book Unhinged, she teased that she may be interested in running for president one day. She admitted,
“I would consider it. Expect the unexpected! You never know.”
When asked if we’d see her name on a 2020 ballot, she responded,
“Expect the unexpected”
Political aspirations aside, Omarosa’s new book continues to fly off bookshelves. She’s been on the New York Times Best Sellers List for the 5th week.
