Lil Xan To Check Into Rehab – I can’t wait to get clean!
Even his stage name is a nod to his addiction. Controversial rapper Lil Xan recently announced that he’s checking into a rehab facility. The “Betrayed” rapper has had several drug-induced outbursts and problematic incidents this year. He used this caption for a recent selfie:
“@xanxiety I just dropped out of SoundCloud Uni to go to rehab, I leave in like 5 days And I couldn’t be happier with this choice I love you guys for being so supportive and can’t wait too get back clean headed ready to Finish my album !”

Lil Xan recently suffered an overdose – but drugs, surprisingly, weren’t the cause. He was hospitalized in New York earlier this year, after a scary brush with Hot Cheetos chips. He gave details on the health scare on Instagram. Lil Xan said:
“I went to the hospital today. You know, getting ready to pack for this tour. i just want to let everybody know I was in the hospital — not due to any drugs — but I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos and I guess it ripped something in my stomach open, so I puked a little blood.”
We wish Lil Xan the best of luck on his journey to sobriety.
