Ashanti Continues Singing After Music Malfunctions

Ashanti’s performance skills were put to the test during a recent show. Apparently, on New Year’s Eve, during a performance for a private party in Turks and Caicos, the singer’s music went out due to a electric malfunction while she was belting out her classic “Foolish.”

With a little help from her DJ, who provided a beat box over the microphone, the veteran R&B singer continued to sing after the music unexpectedly halted. Within the impromptu beat, Ashanti was able to showcase her vocal talent for the engaged crowd. According to Ashanti’s repost of the video, she states
