LeBron James Says He & His Family Were Forced To Evacuate Their Home Amid L.A. Fires
LeBron James and his family have experienced the tough part about living in L.A.
The NBA champion and Los Angeles Lakers star took to social media to share their struggle with the recent Getty fire in the city. As of Monday morning (Oct. 28), 10,000 buildings were at risk of being hit by the fire.
James’s wife Savannah James, and their three children Bryce, LeBron, Jr., and Zuri searched for shelter after they were evacuated from their home. LeBron wrote,
“Man these LA [fires] are no joke. Had to emergency evacuate my house and I’ve been driving around with my family trying to get rooms. No luck so far!”
He tweeted roughly 20 minutes later,
“Finally found a place to accommodate us! Crazy night man!”
He then sent a message to his followers in L.A., and others who were impacted by the fires.
“I [pray] for all the families in the area that could be affected by these [fires] now! Pretty please get to safety ASAP”

He also sent up prayers for the first responders.

Prayers for everyone involved with the fires!
