Eminem Defends Chris Brown Over Rihanna Domestic Violence Incident In Leaked Song ‘I’d Beat A B**** Down Too’ + Rapper’s PR Speaks Out
It’s been over 10 years since Chris Brown made headlines for his attack against then-girlfriend Rihanna. But every once in awhile, something will occur to make the incident pop back up again. This time, it was an alleged leaked song by rapper Eminem, who appears to be siding with Chris Brown on the ordeal.
The song is called “Things Get Worse,” which was said to be recorded in 2009, just after Brown and Rihanna’s situation, for his Marshall Mathers album. Eminem raps,
“I’m not playing Rihanna where’d you get the V.D. at? Let me add my two cents/Of course I side with Chris Brown/I’d?beat?a bitch down,?too.”
He also gets pretty graphic about physically abusing a sex worker “mercilessly” and leaving her to die.
The controversial artist raps about putting singer Natasha Bedingfield in a washing machine and killing actress Dakota Fanning, who was roughly 16-years-old when the song was allegedly recorded.

Eminem’s publicist, Dennis Dennehy, has responded to the leaked material and said in a statement,
“This is a leak of something that’s over 10 years old. After Eminem recorded it, he scrapped it, and rewrote it. Obviously he and Rihanna have a great relationship.”
Interestingly enough, he and Rihanna went on to record multiple songs together include the hit single Love The Way You Lie together, which was released in 2010, and The Monster, which was released in 2013. They also went on tour together.
He later released a different verse on Things Get Worse which was released in 2011 with B.o.B.

Interestingly enough, he later rapped about giving Rihanna hickeys in the song Killshot, a diss track toward Machine Gun Kelly, released in September 2018.
“Rihanna just hit me on a text / Last night I left hickeys on her neck.”
