Roddy Ricch Crashes & Hits Up “Boom Boom Room” In Latest Video
Freshly off of the success of the chart topping single, “The Box,” rapper Roddy Ricch (real name Rodrick Moore, Jr.), 21, drops his second single from his 2019 release for “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial.” In his latest visual released on Wednesday (Jan. 22nd), Ricch kicks off the video escaping death after a near fatal car accident which he crawls out of in one piece.
Soon after shaking the cobwebs, Ricch notices a gorgeous woman heading up the steps. Next, Ricch follows her as he stumbles up the stairs into a building called, “The Boom Boom Room.”
Inside, the video, which is under the direction of Christian Breslaur, takes a turn into dark rooms filled with exotic dancers on stripper poles while men make it rain all over the dance floor.
The Grammy nominated rapper kicked off his headlining tour, THE ANTISOCIAL TOUR, in his hometown at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium back in early January. Soon after, Ricch announced his U.S. tour was completely sold out. He wrote,
”Antisocial US tour sold out completely
see u there.”
In addition, Ricch also took to Twitter TL reveal over the weekend his “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial” album went gold.
At this year’s Grammy’s Ricch will reportedly be part of the Nipsey Hussle tribute performance scheduled for Sunday (Jan. 26th). Ricch is set to join the likes of Kirk Franklin, DJ Khaled, John Legend, Meek Mill, and YG. Ricch’s “Racks in the Middle” collab with Nip is nominated in the best rap song and best rap performance categories.
