Wendy Williams Seemingly Accuses Bergdorf Of Racial Profiling While Shopping With NeNe Leakes: They Treated Us Like The Hood!

Wendy Williams is using her platform to come for high-end store Bergdorf Gordman. During the Hot Topics segment of her show, Wendy Williams gave the audience and her viewers a recap of her weekend, which included hanging out with “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars NeNe Leakes and Marlo Hampton.

The “RHOA” cast members were in New York City for their upcoming taping of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” that aired Sunday night (March 1).

Wendy Williams said of their experience in the store:

“Marlo charged a whole bunch of stuff. We not just shopped. We went upstairs and we had lunch and the whole bit. It was the three of us… takeover. And can I tell you something about security? They treated us like the hood that they treat ‘us’. Yep. And that’s alls I’m gonna say. You can earn what you want, you can do what you want. But when you are what you are, you better not be surprised at how people treat you.”

She added that they were “followed.”

“And not with a credit card followed. Followed like, we might have to do something. So when this place tells me I can’t post that picture, I’m like you know what, I’m posting it on Hot Topics then and I’m gonna tell you exactly what it is.”

NeNe Leakes and Marlo Hampton haven’t spoken publicly on the incident. The store hasn’t responded yet either.
