Omar Epps Teases Upcoming Project With Larenz Tate & Mekhi Phifer
The 90s are back with a vengeance! Three of the most popular Black actors from the Golden Era are teasing an upcoming collaboration, and we’re freaking out! Omar Epps, from classics like “Juice” and “The Wood” took to Instagram to share the progress of a project with fellow actors Larenz Tate and Mekhi Phifer.
While unclear on whether this collab will be a television show or feature film, all three men are on-board. Omar Epps’s caption read:
“Been hard at work trying to create something incredibly special for all of you! We’re one step closer… Stay tuned….”

His counterparts re-posted the photo, expressing their excitement for the project. Larenz Tate’s post read:
“Cut from a different cloth, ya dig! My brothas!! @omarepps @mekhifromharlem #WeBoutDatLife”
Mekhi Phifer weighed in with his own caption:
“In the works as we speak. Has to be great; we would never let each other fail or fall short! @larenztate and I just did a project with Lawrence Fishburne called #Bronzville Great experience!! @omarepps”
