Andy Cohen Says “I’m Feeling Better” After Testing Positive For Coronavirus
Update #2 (March 30th): Andy Cohen is feeling much better and is returning to both his radio show and kicking off his Watch What Happens Live From Home show. See his update below.
Original Story: Andy Cohen has tested positive for coronavirus. The TV host and BRAVO executive producer announced the news on social media, also noting that his plans to do his show Watch What Happens Live from home have been postponed.
He writes,
After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus. As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.
Previously, he announced that he was taking his nightly BRAVO show to his home. He announced on social media:
WWHL @ HOME Starts Sunday night at 10 on Bravo featuring Jerry O’Connell, Nene Leakes, & Ramona Singer! Monday I’ve got JOHN MAYER! This is gonna be even lower-tech than WWHL, but as much of a party!
However, those plans have been postponed so that he can focus on getting better.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
