Chris Rock Shows Off Fresh Cornrows

Chris Rock is showing off a new hairstyle. Over the weekend, the 55-year-old comedian and actor was spotted debuting freshly braided cornrows.

No word on whether or not this is for a new role, or simply a new style, but this isn’t his first time wearing the style.

In May, during a press conference encouraging people to be safe and get tested for Covid-19 with Rosie Perez, Chris Rock debuted his new look.

Chris Rock isn’t the only male actor opting for braids.

Star Wars actor John Boyega is also sporting braids.

He recently  took to social media, thanking Black women’s prayers for his hair growth. He tweeted:

The prayers from Black women been improving my hair length.
