Boosie Slams Black People In Line At The Gucci Store: Y’all Stupid, Gucci Don’t Like Black People!

Rapper Boosie had a message for a group of black people who were in line at the Gucci store in Atlanta recently.

In a video that surfaced online, Boosie walked past the group and yelled,

“Gucci don’t like black people, I don’t know why ya’ll in that line!”

He repeats it again even louder, then follows up his statements with,

“Ya;ll stupid as a mu**afu**a, Gucci don’t like black people, ya’ll still in the line. Ya’ll stupid as a mu**afu**a. Yall stupid as a mu**afu**a, all ya’ll.”

Boosie’s decision to not shop with the luxury brand comes more than a year after, Gucci was boycotted for selling what many believed was a racist sweater, mimicking blackface.

The $890 sweater caused so much outrage, Gucci removed the sweater from their catalog, and released a statement apologizing:

“Gucci deeply apologizes for the offense caused by the wool balaclava jumper. We can confirm that the item has been immediately removed from our online store and all physical stores.

We consider diversity to be a fundamental value to be fully upheld, respected, and at the forefront of every decision we make. We are fully committed to increasing diversity throughout our organization and turning this incident into a powerful learning moment for the Gucci team and beyond.”

Director Spike Lee decided that he was not only boycotting Gucci but Prada as well,

“I, Spike Lee Of Sound Mind And Body Will No Longer Wear Prada Or Gucci Until They Hire Some Black Designers To be in Da room when it happens,”

He added,

“It’s Obvious To Da Peoples That They Don’t Have A Clue When It Comes To Racist, Blackface Hateful Imagery. WAKE UP. Ya-Dig? Sho-Nuff. And Dat’s Da “Coonery And Buffoonery” Truth,Ruth.”

In March of 2019, T.I. who has been very vocal about boycotting Gucci, was seen reprimanding a young man, who was still seen wearing the brand.
