Justin Bieber Sues The 2 Women Accusing Him Of Sexual Assault For $20 Million, Says Allegations Are “Outrageous Lies”
Justin Bieber is now suing two women who claimed that the singer sexually assaulted them back in 2014 and 2015. According to recent court documents, Justin Bieber has a significant amount of evidence that proves his innocence and shows that their claims are nothing but “outrageous, fabricated lies”.
The first accuser Danielle claimed that Justin sexually assaulted her in a Four Seasons Hotel room in Austin, TX on March 9, 2014 after a music event. See her accusations below.
Justin is claiming that the accusation is a lie and that he has the evidence to prove so.
According to court documents, Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at SXSW but he did not stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, he and Selena Gomez who he dated at the time, left together and stayed at a nearby rental home.
Justin is alleging that Danielle fabricated her story based off of public reports that he was eating in a restaurant at the Four Seasons on March 10, 2014.
The other accuser, whose name is Kadi, claimed that Justin sexually assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in NYC at 2:30am on May 5, 2015. See her accusations below.
Justin is claiming that the assault is factually impossible and has stated that Kadi’s allegation is an “elaborate hoax”. Justin states that Kadi is a superfan that waits outside of hotels for him, and is desperate to meet him and desperate for fame. Justin is also claiming that Kadi has never met the singer and that she has even admitted on her twitter that she never met him after the date she listed as the day she was assaulted.
Justin has claimed that Kadi chose the date May 5, 2015 because she knew that he was attending the Met Gala. According to court documents, Justin was at the Met Gala and then went to a private after party where he was at until 4am, then Justin went to a nearby hotdog stand. Justin says that there are photos to prove this and several witnesses. He calls Kadi’s allegation “an impossibility- a poor, but damaging, fabrication.” Justin believes that both social media accounts are run by the same person or both parties have collaborated together in an effort to ruin his reputation.
Prior to filing the lawsuit, Justin maintained his innocence on social media:
The singer is suing for $20 million in damages, $10 million for each of the fabricated stories.
