Drake Pays Homage To Muhammad Ali & LeBron James In New Video For ‘Laugh Now Cry Later’ [WATCH]
Canadian-born rapper Drake looks like he had a great time playing around on the set of his video for his song “Laugh Now, Cry Later.” The video starts out with him arriving at the Nike World Headquarters which is in Beaverton, Oregon with a female companion. The two drive up to the front door of the building in a drop-top Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concept vehicle complete with illuminated light blue interiors. They both exit the vehicle and Drake enters the headquarters for a one-on-match up with the Brooklyn Net’s own Kevin Durant.

Drake then hops on the football field with Cleveland Browns’ wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., who throws him a long pass that he dramatically catches. Not long after that, we see Marshawn Lynch, running back for the Seattle Seahawks, come out of nowhere and tackle Drake with all his might just as he celebrates the catch!

Drake continues his hand at sports throughout the video as he swims, hits a baseball, and even rides jet skis with fellow rapper Lil Durk.

However, two of the biggest highlights of the video are Drake‘s very obvious salute to the draft photo famously taken by LeBron James when he first joined the NBA, as well as his underwater shot of him in a similar pose like Muhammad Ali‘s famous boxing training pose in 1961.

Drake and the video have become a trending topic on Twitter with fans sharing their thoughts and creating memes.
