Nene Leakes Shares Text From Cynthia Bailey Amid Her ‘RHOA’ Exit: You Are You & That’s Your Power, Never To Be Duplicated

Nene Leakes and Cynthia Bailey’s longtime friendship came to a head on season 12 of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

But it looks like they’ve been able to find some sort of peace after Nene Leakes announced her departure from the popular reality show earlier this week.

Nene Leakes shared a text message from Cynthia Bailey Friday (Sept. 18th) that reads:

“Nene Leakes. You were heavy on my spirit today. I just want you to know that I wish you al lifetime of love, peace & happiness. You are so deserving of it all. I am excited to see all te amazing things that God has put in place for you as your incredible journey continues. Continue to soar beautiful black queen. You are you and that is your power. Originally you an never to be duplicated. May God continue to bless you & your family. Always. Cynthia”

She also received well wishes from fellow “RHOA” star Tanya Sam, and other Bravo personalities Mariah Huq of “Married To Medicine” as well as Monique Samuels and Ashley Darby of “The Real Housewives of Potomac.”

Solange Knowles also showed love and told her:

“THIS MADE MY DAY! I LOVE U SO MUCHHH! You are golden! So much love and light your way for your new journey!!!”

Nene Leakes starred on “RHOA” from its first season until the end of its 7th. She took a break from the show and made a few appearances in season 8, but backed away completely in season 9 before returning for seasons 10 through 12.
