Mike Tyson Feels Guilty For Tupac Shakur Getting Killed: I Pressured Him To Come To The Fight
It’s been more than 20 years since the unsolved murder of rap legend Tupac Shakur shook the world, and now boxing legend Mike Tyson is speaking out about his feelings behind the night of the incident.
During a chat with fellow boxer Zab Judah, Mike Tyson admitted,
“It was really a bad day when that happened, I just knew it was really bad.”
The boxing icon went on to say that in his world of boxing, he’s used to people fighting or being killed, but
“…just because it was Tupac and I was attached to it, it was different, but normally this is what I expect…somebody to die after a fight.”
Tupac Shakur, still considered one of hip hop’s best rappers, was fatally shot on September 7, 2006 in a Las Vegas drive-by shooting, leaving him in the hospital where he officially died on September 13, 2006. His murder has been one of the biggest mysterious within the past 20 years, and remains unsolved.
