While Montana Yao later said on Instagram that she was kicked out of their family home, a judge has sided with Malik Beasley on her request for financial support.

According to Us Weekly, a Minnesota court denied Montana Yao her request for temporary spousal support on Monday (March 29th). She asked for $5,000 a month along with $8,000 a month in temporary child support for their son Makai, 2. She reportedly made the requests last December. She was completely denied “temporary spousal maintenance”, but was given temporary child support for $6,500 a month.
She also requested a $15,000 advance related to their estate. That petition has been deferred. Montana Yao will also not receive $20,000 for attorney’s fees as she requested.
She and Malik Beasley tied the knot in March 2020.
Larsa Pippen previously took to social media to deny breaking up their marriage after they were seen holding hands in December 2020.
