Details on Heavy D’s Private & Public Funeral Announced

The funeral details for Dwight Arrington Myers, better known as Heavy D, have been finalized. On Tuesday, 44-year-old Heavy D, passed in Beverly Hills and next Friday, Heavy D will be laid to rest. A public viewing will take place on Thursday, while the private ceremony, will take place in New York on Friday and will include an exclusive list close celebrity friends. TMZ has confirmed that Diddy, Mary J. Blige, a few of the Wayans brothers and Eddie F and G-Whiz will attend. In terms of Heavy D’s cause of the death, the latest reports indicate that his death was due to respiratory distress.
